1/2 cups sour cream
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
1 baguette, for croutons
1/3 cups olive oil, for croutons

Preheat the oven to 180° C
In a skillet over medium heat, add the oil, then add the onion and garlic, add the spinach, cook for 2 minutes, then add the artichokes, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 3 minutes. Let cool and set aside.
In a blender, cream the Philadelphia® Cheese and gradually add the cream until a creamy consistency is achieved, add the spinach and artichoke, and season with salt and pepper.
For the croutons, slice the bread, spread olive oil, season with garlic powder, paprika, and oregano, and bake for 10 minutes or until crispy.
