Creamy Spinach and Artichoke Dip

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 cup spinach, washed, disinfected, and cut
  • 1 cup artichoke, finely chopped
  • 1 package Philadelphia® cream cheese, at room temperature (190 g)
  • 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 baguette, for croutons
  • 1/3 cups olive oil, for croutons
  • paprika, for croutons
  • oregano, for croutons

  • Preheat the oven to 180° C
  • In a skillet over medium heat, add the oil, then add the onion and garlic, add the spinach, cook for 2 minutes, then add the artichokes, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 3 minutes. Let cool and set aside.
  • In a blender, cream the Philadelphia® Cheese and gradually add the cream until a creamy consistency is achieved, add the spinach and artichoke, and season with salt and pepper.
  • For the croutons, slice the bread, spread olive oil, season with garlic powder, paprika, and oregano, and bake for 10 minutes or until crispy.
