Easy Hummus

Hummus is an excellent snack with a dip-like consistency, perfect for enjoying at gatherings. Its nutritional value is very high, containing a lot of protein. It is perfect for children, vegetarians, or anyone wanting to have a gourmet experience.

  • 2 cups chickpeas, cooked
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • lime juice, 2 lemons
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoons fresh cilantro, dry
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1/8 teaspoons paprika
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 100 milliliters tahini sauce, (sesame sauce)

  • Blend in the blender or food processor the cooked chickpeas with water, lemon juice, cilantro, tahini sauce, ground garlic, salt, and paprika. Blend for as long as necessary until it starts to turn into a smooth and uniform mixture.
  • Slowly add the olive oil while continuing to blend. If necessary, you can add more water.
