450 grams chickpeas, in a can or jar
1 clove garlic
1/4 cups olive oil
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons tahini, (sesame paste)
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1/2 tablespoons paprika
coarse salt

In a food processor, puree the chickpeas, add garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, tahini, cumin, and salt, and process until creamy.
Remove from the processor, place on a plate, and drizzle with a bit of olive oil and paprika before serving.
