Hummus (Chickpea Dip)

You won't believe how easy it is to make this typical dish of Arabic cuisine, you just have to add all the ingredients to the processor and that's it, you'll have a creamy and smooth chickpea spread. Pair it with crispy pita bread.

  • 3 tablespoons Hellmann’s® homestyle mayonnaise 
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 cups chickpeas, cooked
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoons Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon
  • 6 cups arabic bread, with tortilla chips

  • Place Hellmann's® Organic and the rest of the ingredients in a food processor to prepare the hummus.
  • Process until it has a smooth and creamy texture. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  • Serve the hummus with tortilla chips as a snack.
