You will not believe how easy it is to make this dish typical of Arabic cuisine, you just have to add all the ingredients to the processor and voila, you will have a spreadable creamy and smooth chickpea. Accompany it with crunchy pita bread.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 3 tablespoons Mayonnaise Hellmann's® Home Recipe
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 cups chickpea, Cooked
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Water
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon English sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoons Knorr® Switzerland Chicken Broth
  • 6 cups pita bread, on totopos

Preparation

Place in a Hellmann's® Organic food processor and the rest of the ingredients to prepare the hummus.
Process until it has smooth and smooth texture. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Serve the hummus with the totopos as a snack.

TIPS

Add 1 tablespoon ground chipotle or soy sauce to season.
