Light Spinach and Artichoke Dip

A delicious light spinach and artichoke dip, a tasty guilt-free snack. You can enjoy it as an afternoon snack or to share with your guests.

  • 1 1/2 cans artichoke heart
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1/4 cups shallot, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 cups FAGE® Total 0% greek style yogurt
  • 1/2 cups low-fat mayonnaise
  • 2/3 cups Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • salt, and pepper to taste

  • Preheat the oven to 190ºC.
  • In a blender, add FAGE Total 0% Greek Yogurt, artichoke hearts, garlic, shallot, mayonnaise, and ½ cup of artichoke juice.
  • Combine the blender mixture with the remaining ingredients in a medium bowl.
  • Pour into a greased baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until hot and the cheese is melted.
  • Serve.
