1 1/2 cans artichoke heart
2 cups spinach
1/4 cups shallot, chopped
1 clove garlic
1/2 cups FAGE® Total 0% greek style yogurt
1/2 cups low-fat mayonnaise
2/3 cups Parmesan cheese
1/2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
salt, and pepper to taste

Preheat the oven to 190ºC.
In a blender, add FAGE Total 0% Greek Yogurt, artichoke hearts, garlic, shallot, mayonnaise, and ½ cup of artichoke juice.
Combine the blender mixture with the remaining ingredients in a medium bowl.
Pour into a greased baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until hot and the cheese is melted.
Serve.
