1 can pitted green olive
1/4 leeks
1 clove garlic, chopped
olive oil
1/2 cups cream
salt , to taste
1 pinch thyme
pepper, to taste
1/3 celeries
2 teaspoons capers

In a small steel pot, fry 2 ounces of olive oil, leeks, celery, garlic, olives, and capers.
After frying everything, add either chicken broth or water, the cream, a pinch of thyme, and chicken salt.
Then blend, strain, and bring to a boil again to give body to the cream, and it's ready. Enjoy!
