Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1 can pitted green olive
  • 1/4 leeks
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • olive oils
  • 1/2 cups cream
  • salt, to taste
  • 1 pinch thyme
  • black pepper, to taste
  • 1/3 celeries
  • 2 teaspoons capers

Preparation

It fry in a steel pot 2 ounces of olive oil, the pore, the celery, the garlic, the olives, the capers.
After frying everything is incorporated either chicken broth or water, cream, pinch of thyme and chicken salt.
