Pâté and Pistachio Dip

Playing a bit with the cream cheese due to its maneuverability and how well it combines with almost everything, I decided to experiment with this mixture that gives great flavor, color, and attention from those who taste it.

  • 1 package Philadelphia® cream cheese, of 190 grams
  • 1 devilish ham pate, small
  • 50 grams pistachios, lightly crushed
  • saltine crackers

  • Leave the cream cheese out of the refrigerator for a few minutes to soften it.
  • Once softened, mix with half of the pistachios and the pâté, so that a uniformly colored mass is formed.
  • Place in a container or bowl and keep the surface as flat as possible.
  • Place the other half of the pistachios on the surface for decoration.
  • Return to the refrigerator 30 minutes before serving.
