1 cup sunflower seeds, toasted
2 tablespoons water
1 tomato, without seeds, chopped
1/4 cups fresh cilantro
2 chipotle chiles, with marinade
2 cloves garlic, burnt
1/2 cups sour cream

Grind the sunflower seeds by pulsing the food processor until you achieve a coarse flour. Add the tomato, chipotle, garlic, and cilantro.
Gradually add the cream, mix again, and if necessary, add water until you achieve the desired consistency.
Pour the dip into a deep bowl, and garnish with toasted sunflower seeds.
Serve with vegetable sticks or bread.
