  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 Jalapeño chile
  • 1 Poblano chile
  • 1 serrano chile
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cups whipping cream
  • 1/4 cups fresh cilantro
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup bacon, finely chopped and fried, for serving
  • 1 cucumber, cut into sticks
  • 1 cup bell pepper, colored, cut into sticks
  • 2 carrots, cut into sticks
  • 1 cup celery, cut into sticks
  • 1 beet, cooked and cut into sticks
  • 1 cup jicama, cut into sticks
  • 2 cups cherry tomato, colored
  • 1 cup vegetables, dehydrated

  • In a comal, roast the garlic along with the chiles for 10 minutes. Once roasted, set aside the garlic and place the chiles in a plastic bag to sweat for 15 minutes.
  • Remove the chiles from the bag, and with the help of a knife, peel them, deseed them, and remove the membranes.
  • Blend the cream cheese with the chiles, roasted garlic, heavy cream, cilantro, salt, pepper, and olive oil until you get a smooth mixture. Serve with the vegetables and garnish with fried bacon.
