100 grams árbol chile
3 cloves

For the sweet sauce: blend the tomatoes and bring to a boil with the oregano and cloves, then add the water and salt.
Spicy sauce: in a pot, bring the árbol chili to a boil with water, blend, and set aside.
Slice the onion into rings, soak it in vinegar, water, and lemon to soften.
To serve: slice the bolillo, add the beans and carnitas. Then, cover with sweet sauce, add cabbage, and the onion, and top with spicy sauce.
