200 grams pork rinds
1/4 onions
1/2 kilos tomatillo
2 serrano chiles
1/2 cups fresh cilantro
1 1/2 cups water
1 pinch salt
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Preparation

Blend the tomatillos with the onion, chile, cilantro, water, and salt.
Fry this sauce in the oil, cook for about 5 minutes, and add the chicharrón cut into pieces.
Cook covered for 10 more minutes on low heat.
