  • For the apple snack, mix the tuna with the celery, olives, walnuts, serrano chili, mayonnaise, sour cream, and season with salt to taste. Set aside.
  • On a board, place the apple and add a tablespoon of the previous preparation, decorate with a caramelized walnut. Serve and enjoy.
  • For the caprese snack, on a board form balls with the mozzarella cheese, set aside. On a wooden stick, insert a cherry tomato, a basil leaf, the cheese ball, another basil leaf, and another cherry tomato. Repeat the same process until you complete the desired number of skewers. Serve the skewers and accompany with balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and bread. Enjoy.
  • For the cheese balls snack, in a bowl mix the goat cheese with the cream cheese and cover the olives with the mixture, forming balls. Roll some in walnuts, others in parsley, and others in blueberries. Insert pretzel sticks and serve.
  • For the tree-shaped sandwich snack, on a board place 2 slices of sandwich bread, with the help of a rolling pin flatten the slices.
  • Spread a bit of cream cheese on both slices of bread, cover one half with ham and yellow cheese, top with the other bread. Press well and with a knife cut strips of about 1 cm in size from largest to smallest. Insert the strips onto a stick forming a tree. Serve and enjoy.
  • For the cucumber and salmon snack, mix the cream cheese, dill, and whole grain mustard, season with salt and pepper. Place the mixture in a piping bag with a star tip and set aside.
  • Peel the cucumber using a peeler and cut thick slices of about 2 fingers. Hollow out the cucumber from the center without reaching the bottom. Fill the cucumber with the previous mixture, place a portion of smoked salmon, and decorate with fresh dill.
