For the Christmas dinner we leave you 5 incredibly practical ideas of quick snacks without oven: some apples with tuna salad; a skewer of caprese salad; some olives covered in cheese; a mini sandwich in the shape of a tree and some fresh cucumbers with salmon. They are great and delicious ideas, do not hesitate to prepare them.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup canned tuna, drained, for apple snack
  • 1/4 cups celery, finely chopped, for apple snack
  • 1/4 cups olive, finely chopped, for apple snacks
  • 1/4 cups walnut, finely chopped, for apple snack
  • 1/4 cups serrano chile, finely chopped, for apple snack
  • 1/4 cups mayonnaise, chipotle, for apple snack
  • 1/4 cups sour cream, for apple snack
  • 2 green apples, submerged in water with lemon, for apple snack
  • 1 cup caramelized walnut, to decorate the apple snack
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, for caprese snack
  • 1 cup cherry tomato, for caprese snack
  • basil, for caprese snack
  • 1/4 cups olive oil, for caprese snack
  • 1/4 cups balsamic vinegar, for caprese snack
  • 1 cup olive, stuffed, for cheese balls
  • 1 cup goat cheese, for cheese balls
  • 1 cup cream cheese, for cheese balls
  • 1 cup dried cranberry, for cheese balls
  • 1 cup walnut, chopped, for cheese balls
  • 1/2 cups parsley, finely chopped, for cheese balls
  • pretzel stick, for cheese balls
  • 8 slices white box bread, without borders, for tree sandwich
  • 4 tablespoons cream cheese, spreadable, for tree sandwich
  • 4 slices turkey ham, for tree sandwich
  • 4 slices american cheese, for tree sandwich
  • 3/4 cups cream cheese, for cucumbers with salmon
  • 3 tablespoons dill, for cucumbers with salmon
  • 2 tablespoons old style mustard, for cucumbers with salmon
  • 1 teaspoon pepper, for cucumbers with salmon
  • 1 cucumber, for cucumbers with salmon
  • 100 grams smoked salmon, for cucumbers with salmon
  • dill weed, to decorate, cucumbers with salmon
  • salt

Preparation

For the apple snack, mix the tuna with the celery, the olive, the walnut, the chile serrano, the mayonnaise, the sour cream and season with salt to your liking. Reservation.
On a table, place the apple and add a spoonful of the previous preparation, decorate with a caramelized nut. Serve and enjoy.
For the caprese snack, on a table form balls with mozzarella cheese, reserve. On a wooden stick, insert a cherry tomato, a basil leaf, the cheese ball, another basil leaf and another cherry tomato. Repeat the same process to complete the brochettes you want. Serve the skewers and serve with balsamic vinegar, olive oil and bread. Enjoy
For the cheese balls snack, in a bowl mix the goat cheese with the cream cheese and cover the olives with the mixture, forming balls. It walnuts with walnut, others with parsley and others with blueberries. Insert the pretzel sticks and serve.
For the snack of sandwiches of small tree, on a table place 2 slices of bread box, with the help of a roller flattens the loaves.
Spread some cream cheese on both loaves, cover one half with the ham and yellow cheese, cover with the other bread. Compact well and with a knife cut strips of 1 cm approximately from largest to smallest size. Insert the strips on a stick forming a small tree. Serve and enjoy.
For the snack of cucumbers with salmon, mix the cream cheese, the dill, the old-fashioned mustard, season with salt and pepper. Place the preparation in a sleeve with starry duya and reserve.
Peel the cucumber with the help of a peeler and cut thick slices of about 2 fingers. Hollow the cucumber from the center without reaching the bottom. Fill the cucumber with the previous mixture, place a portion of smoked salmon and decorate with fresh dill.

PRESENTATION

Place a canapés table or serve in trays to share.

TIPS

The sandwiches or canapés are approximately the measure of two bites.
