8 wholemeal breads, toasted
2 avocados, large
1 lime
1 pinch oregano
1 pinch salt

PLACE a slice of Manchego Singles® cheese on top of the toasted bread.
CUT the avocado into slices, add a few drops of lemon, and place it on top of the Manchego cheese.
SPRINKLE a little oregano and salt on top.
