Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 package Singles® Manchego cheese slice
  • 8 wholemeal breads, toasted
  • 2 avocados, big
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 pinch oregano
  • 1 pinch salt

Preparation

PLACE a slice of Manchego Singles® type cheese on top of the toasted bread.
CUT the avocado into slices and add a few drops of lemon and place it on top of the Manchego cheese.
SPRINKLE over the top a little oregano and salt.
TO SERVE

PRESENTATION

Serve several on a long rectangular plate.

TIPS

With the lemon drops, in addition to giving it a delicious flavor, it will make the avocado not oxidize.
