Prepare these delicious jicama sticks like those from the corner cart. They are thick slices of jicama shaped like a popsicle, accompanied by colored sugar or chili powder, chamoy, and lime. Super refreshing for this summer.

1 cup lime juice
1 cup chamoy
1 cup chile powder

In a bowl, mix the sugar with ground piquin chili, separate the mixture into small glass jars, add a few drops of liquid food coloring to each jar, separate by color, cover the jar, and shake several times until the color changes. Set aside.
On a cutting board, slice the jicama into thick slices, then cut the pieces into different shapes using a cookie cutter. Insert a stick and set aside.
Dip the jicama in lime juice and liquid chamoy, then coat with colored chili powder or just chili powder.
