In a bowl, mix the sugar with ground piquin chili, separate the mixture into small glass jars, add a few drops of liquid food coloring to each jar, separate by color, cover the jar, and shake several times until the color changes. Set aside. On a cutting board, slice the jicama into thick slices, then cut the pieces into different shapes using a cookie cutter. Insert a stick and set aside.
