Cook these quick and easy crispy phyllo pastries, with a smooth filling of Eva® Spinach, cream cheese, and ricotta cheese; these snacks are perfect to share with your loved ones, you can even send them as lunch for your kids.
1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped, for the filling
1/2 cups Eva® spinach, finely chopped, for the filling
1/4 cups cream cheese, cut into cubes, for the filling
1 pinch salt and pepper, for the filling
1/2 kilos phyllo dough
1/2 cups butter, melted

Preheat the oven to 180° C.
For the filling, in a bowl mix the ricotta cheese with the onion, garlic, Eva® Spinach, cream cheese, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
On a floured surface, lay out the phyllo dough and cut into 10x10 cm squares, place them in a previously greased and floured cupcake mold, brushing each one with butter. Once you have several layers, fill with the previous mixture and close with a little more phyllo dough.
Brush with a little melted butter and bake for 20 minutes or until crispy. Remove from the oven, unmold, and serve.
