Hummus Toppings with Spinach and Goat Cheese

  • 1 baguette
  • 2 tablespoons butter, with garlic
  • 1/4 cups goat cheese
  • 1 cup spice, chopped
  • 1 package Hummus Libanius®
  • 1/4 cups cranberries
  • 1/4 cups black olives, (optional to add a bit more flavor)

  • Preheat the oven to 230ºC.
  • Cut the baguette bread, spread butter on each piece of bread, and put it in the oven for 11 to 12 minutes
  • Once the toppings are toasted, evenly place the delicious hummus on each topping.
  • We continue with the spinach, followed by the goat cheese and, if desired, the blueberries or olives.
  • Serve and enjoy this delicious treat.
