Quinoa and Hummus Toasts

For this quick and delicious recipe, I was inspired by a quinoa salad I learned to prepare in a healthy cooking class. I added some ingredients and removed others; the result was delicious.

200 grams Hummus Libanius®
1 package pita bread, whole grain Libanius
1 avocado, diced, for the salad
1 lime, only the juice, for the salad
2 cups spinach, washed and disinfected, julienned, for the salad
1 cup quinoa, cooked, for the salad
1 cup beans, cooked with broth, for the salad
1/4 cups olive oil, for the salad
salt and pepper, for the salad
parsley, for decoration

Cut the pita bread into 4 triangles each and heat in the oven for about 5 minutes.
Mix the salad ingredients.
Spread the pita bread triangles with Libanius Hummus.
Add a bit of the previous mixture and garnish with parsley.
Serve and enjoy.
