Two Cheese Sandwich Wrapped in Bacon

This two-cheese sandwich, with strips and plenty of bacon, is so delicious that you will want another one. The two-cheese sandwich wrapped in bacon is very easy to make. Don’t miss trying it!

  • 14 bacon, sliced
  • 2 slices sandwich bread
  • 80 grams Oaxaca cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons Poblano chile strips, sweated, peeled, and cut into thin strips
  • 4 tablespoons cheddar cheese, grated

  • Heat a pan on the stove over high heat.
  • Place the slices of bacon in a cross on a cutting board. Put a piece of bread on top of the bacon slices.
  • Place the Oaxaca cheese on top of the bread, followed by the poblano strips. Cover with cheddar cheese and top with another slice of bread.
  • Wrap with bacon.
  • Brown the sandwich for 10 minutes on one side. Flip to brown the other side for another 10 minutes.
  • Cut and serve.
