This vegetable pizza recipe is very easy to prepare, as you can use ingredients you have on hand in your everyday pantry, such as bread, tomatoes, bell peppers, and ketchup to make a simple homemade pizza, perfect for sharing with family or friends.
For the sauce, in a medium pot heat the oil and cook the canned tomatoes, garlic, ketchup, oregano, salt, and pepper for 5 minutes; remove, let cool slightly, and set aside.
On a cutting board, use your Victorinox® Crinkle Knife to slice the bell peppers, red onion, and finally, slice the mushrooms. Set aside.
Cut the baguette in half horizontally using your Victorinox® Crinkle Knife and place it on a baking tray. Spread the sauce over the baguette, add the grated cheese, and the vegetables you chopped earlier.
Bake at 190 °C for 15 minutes.
Serve and enjoy with your favorite drink.
