Delicious and healthy recipe for snacking. Vegetables with hummus libanus, the perfect combination and super easy to prepare. Be sure to make it at home.
Hydrate a rice paper (as indicated in the packaging instructions).
When the sheet is still firm, lay it on a surface and spread the Hummus Libanus in the middle of the sheet.
On top of the hummus, place the carrot, zucchini, and bell pepper in a line.
In a separate bowl, mix the tuna with mayonnaise, salt, pepper, and the juice of half a lemon. Set aside.
Place the tuna on top of the vegetables (which have already been placed on the rice paper), and start rolling the sheet.
Cut the rolls in half with a wet knife and arrange them on a platter.
Mix in a bowl the tablespoons of soy sauce, lemon, and half an orange.
Place the mixture aside from the rolls and drizzle over the rolls when serving.
To decorate the rolls, place a little rice noodle on top and black sesame.
