Rich and healthy recipe to botanize. Vegetables with hummus libanus, the perfect combination and also super easy to prepare. Do not stop doing it at home.

  • 7 leaves of rice
  • to taste Hummus Libanius®
  • 1 can Tuna
  • 1 carrot, cut in julienne
  • 1 zucchini, cut in julienne
  • 1/2 bell peppers, Julian party
  • 1/2 lemons
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • to taste black sesame seed
  • 200 milliliters soy sauce
  • 1/2 oranges
  • 1 lemon
  • to taste rice noodle


Hydrate a rice leaf (as indicated in the package instructions). When the leaf is still firm, spread it on a surface and spread Hummus Libanus in the middle of the leaf.
Above the humus, place the carrot, zucchini and sweet pepper in line.
A part, in a bowl mix the tuna with mayonnaise, salt, pepper and the juice of half a lemon. Reservation.
Place the tuna on top of the vegetable (the one that had already been put on the rice leaf), and start rolling the leaf.
Halve the rolls with a wet knife and set them on a platter.
Mix in a bowl the tablespoons soy sauce, lemon and half orange. Place the mixture on one side of the rolls and cover the rolls when serving.
To decorate the rolls, place a little rice noodle on top of the rolls and black sesame seeds.
