Fabulous Hot Artichoke Dip

  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 190 grams cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1 can artichoke heart, chopped and drained
  • 1/2 cups mayonnaise

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Reserve some grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Combine the Parmesan cheese with the rest of the ingredients; spread this mixture on the bottom of a baking dish or pie plate. Top with the reserved cheese.
  • Bake the dip for 25 minutes or until heated through.
