This recipe was very useful to me during my student days when friends would come over and I needed something to snack on and also satisfy my hunger, so I’m sharing it with you.
Using an immersion blender, blend the cheese, tuna, and avocado.
Chop the jalapeño peppers into small squares and add them to the previous mixture, along with a bit of the pepper vinegar (add gradually to maintain the consistency of the dip).
Season with salt. Serve with crackers.
