Avocado and Tuna Dip

This recipe was very useful to me during my student days when friends would come over and I needed something to snack on and also satisfy my hunger, so I’m sharing it with you.

  • 1 avocado
  • 90 grams double cream cheese
  • 1 can tuna
  • 1 can pickled Jalapeño chiles
  • saltine crackers
  • salt

  • Using an immersion blender, blend the cheese, tuna, and avocado.
  • Chop the jalapeño peppers into small squares and add them to the previous mixture, along with a bit of the pepper vinegar (add gradually to maintain the consistency of the dip).
  • Season with salt. Serve with crackers.
