1 cube Knorr ® shrimp bouillon
3 teaspoons mayonnaise, Hellman’s® mayonnaise dressing
450 grams school shark, Approximately 150 grams for each fillet
1 red bell pepper, Dice without seeds
2 chilaca chiles
2 tablespoons parsley , chopped
12 dough empanadas
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 egg, chopped cooked

Heat the olive oil and lightly sauté the onion with the bell pepper and chilacas.
Add the cazón, cook it well and shred it, seasoning with the Knorr® Shrimp Broth cube. Mix well.
Add the parsley and remove from heat; let it cool completely.
Once the filling is cold, mix in the Hellman’s® mayonnaise dressing and incorporate the boiled egg.
Fill the empanada discs and close them by lightly brushing the edges with egg and pressing with a fork.
Place on a baking tray, brush the surface with egg, and bake at 180° for 15 minutes.
