Mojito with Garlic Bread

1/4 cans sardine
4 tomatillos
4 eggs
3 cloves garlic

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

8 slices bread

Preparation

Wash the tomatoes and the green seasonings.
Add 1 clove of garlic, the sardine, the eggs, the tomatoes, and seasonings (except parsley) to the blender. Season with spices and proceed to blend.
In a pan, heat the oil, pour in the previous mixture, and cook for 5 minutes or until the egg has set.
For the garlic: peel the garlic, crush it, and sauté with butter, a pinch of salt, and parsley. Spread on the bread and serve with the mojito.
