Parmesan Clams

  • 2 jars Bogador® clams
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 3 tablespoons whipping cream, (heaped)
  • 3 tablespoons white wine
  • 2 cubes buttery cheese
  • 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
  • salt, and pepper to taste

  • In a pan over low heat, mix the butter, cream cheese, heavy cream, white wine, and Parmesan cheese, adding salt and pepper to taste.
  • Once the mixture is dissolved, add the drained clams and keep on the heat for 2 minutes. Remove and serve immediately.
