Salmon and Cheese Bruschetta

These salmon and cheese bruschettas are a sure hit at any gathering when you want to impress with a very simple recipe.

  • 200 grams smoked salmon, drained
  • 3 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
  • 150 grams Philadelphia® cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 baguette
  • salt, and pepper

  • Cut the salmon into thin, small pieces. Add the scallions, cheese, and lemon juice.
  • Mix well to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
  • Taste, season with salt and pepper to your liking. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour (it can be less, this is to allow the flavors to meld well).
  • Cut the baguette bread into approximately 1-centimeter slices and place in the electric oven to toast them slightly.
  • Serve the salmon on the slices of bread.
