1 slice salmon, of 400 grams
1 tablespoon capers, crushed
1/4 onions, finely chopped
1 egg, boiled, finely chopped
8 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons white vinegar
1 lime, the juice
1/2 tablespoons mustard
1/2 tablespoons dill
sea salt, to taste
1/2 tablespoons 4 pepper blend

Slice the salmon into thin layers and place them on a platter.
Make a vinaigrette by mixing the oil, vinegar, lemon juice, mustard, dill, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Brush the slices of salmon with the vinaigrette.
Add a layer of onion, capers, and boiled egg on top.
