Sardine Tart

Delicious sardine tart for you to make at a gathering with friends as a snack, it's easy and full of flavor. Pair it with your favorite white wine.

  • 1/2 kilos puff pastry
  • 2 cans sardine, in oil
  • 150 grams Philadelphia® cream cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fines herbs

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Roll out the puff pastry in a tart mold and poke the bottom with a fork so it doesn’t puff up while baking.
  • Drain the sardines and remove the bones if they have any.
  • Place them in a bowl and add the cheese, garlic, and fine herbs. Mash with a fork to mix everything well.
  • Put the filling in the tart. Bake for 25 minutes and serve hot with a fresh green salad.
