1/2 kilos puff pastry
2 cans sardine, in oil
150 grams Philadelphia® cream cheese
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 teaspoon fines herbs

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Roll out the puff pastry in a tart mold and poke the bottom with a fork so it doesn’t puff up while baking.
Drain the sardines and remove the bones if they have any.
Place them in a bowl and add the cheese, garlic, and fine herbs. Mash with a fork to mix everything well.
Put the filling in the tart. Bake for 25 minutes and serve hot with a fresh green salad.
