Tuna Cream with Chipotle

You can eat it however you prefer; I love it as a dip with some crackers or as a substitute for cream in a sandwich. Mmmm, it's delicious!

  • 3 cans tuna
  • 1 stick cream cheese
  • 1/4 cups mayonnaise
  • chipotle chiles, to taste
  • salt, to taste
  • fresh cilantro, chopped, to taste
  • pepper, to taste

  • Open the cans and drain just a little of the liquid so it doesn’t become too dry.
  • In the blender, add the mayonnaise and cream cheese. Blend and add the chipotle to your taste; I recommend tasting it until it reaches your desired spiciness.
  • Add the tuna and blend until it forms a paste.
  • Add cilantro, salt, and pepper to taste. You can serve it cold or warm.
