Open the cans and drain just a little of the liquid so it doesn’t become too dry.
In the blender, add the mayonnaise and cream cheese. Blend and add the chipotle to your taste; I recommend tasting it until it reaches your desired spiciness.
Add the tuna and blend until it forms a paste.
Add cilantro, salt, and pepper to taste. You can serve it cold or warm.
