Mix the eggs, tuna, milk, chopped parsley, and sardines (cleaned), salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
Heat the butter and oil in an oven-safe skillet. Add the egg mixture and the potatoes. Cook until a crust forms on the sides and bottom. About 3 minutes.
Bake at 180°C until the center is cooked, 6 to 8 minutes.
With a spatula, carefully loosen the edges and transfer it to a plate.
