Tuna Frittata

The frittata is an Italian dish very similar to a Spanish tortilla; you can serve it as a snack or appetizer at your meals, and all your guests will love it.

  • 6 eggs, beaten at room temperature
  • 2 canned tuna
  • 1/4 cups cow's milk
  • 3 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 2 potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
  • 1/2 cans sardine

  • Mix the eggs, tuna, milk, chopped parsley, and sardines (cleaned), salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  • Heat the butter and oil in an oven-safe skillet. Add the egg mixture and the potatoes. Cook until a crust forms on the sides and bottom. About 3 minutes.
  • Bake at 180°C until the center is cooked, 6 to 8 minutes.
  • With a spatula, carefully loosen the edges and transfer it to a plate.
