5 cans tuna
olives, to taste, with or without pits
2 tomatoes, medium
1/2 onions
aromatic herbs, bay leaf and thyme
olive oil

Dice the tomato and onion. Set aside.
If the olives are pitted, they can be cut in half, no more, to prevent them from breaking apart during cooking.
Open the cans of tuna and drain as much liquid as possible. Set aside.
Turn on the stove to medium heat and pour a splash of olive oil into a pan.
Put the chopped onion in the pan and stir to avoid burning. Add the chopped tomato and stir.
When the onion looks transparent, add the tuna, olives, and herbs to the pan. Stir constantly.
When all the liquid has evaporated, turn off the heat and serve.
