1 cup lettuce, sliced
1/2 cups grated cheese
1/4 cups sour cream
18 corn tortillas
500 grams skirt steak

Cook the meat with a little onion, garlic, and salt until tender and easy to shred. Shred the meat and set aside.
Make rolls with the tortilla and shredded meat inside, fry in plenty of oil and serve with cream, lettuce, and cheese, add sauce to taste.
