  • 1 cup lettuce, sliced
  • 1/2 cups grated cheese
  • 1/4 cups sour cream
  • 18 corn tortillas
  • 500 grams skirt steak

  • Cook the meat with a little onion, garlic, and salt until tender and easy to shred. Shred the meat and set aside.
