Cut the baguette into long strips about 2 cm wide.
Melt the butter in the microwave for about 15 seconds.
Mix into the bowl with the butter, two minced garlic cloves, oregano, basil, thyme, and a teaspoon of sea salt. Mix well to combine.
Place wax paper on a baking sheet. Distribute the breadsticks and brush them with the butter mixture using a brush.
Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top and freshly ground pepper.
Bake them at 180°C for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
For the marinara sauce: Blanch the tomatoes, which means making a cross on the bottom and boiling them in water for 5 minutes. This way, you can easily remove the skin. Remove the pulp and chop them into cubes.
Blend the tomato with 1 cup of Clemente Jacques ® ketchup. Heat the mixture and season with oregano, salt, minced garlic, and pepper to taste.
Serve the breadsticks with marinara sauce.
