Garlic Breadsticks with Marinara Sauce

Add an Italian touch to your dinners with these breadsticks. They are delicious, made in minutes, and will leave everyone amazed.

  • 1 cup ketchup, Clemente Jacques ®
  • 1 baguette
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, fresh, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • dried oregano
  • dried thyme
  • dried basil
  • sea ​​salt
  • ground peppers, freshly ground
  • 4 tomatoes

  • Cut the baguette into long strips about 2 cm wide.
  • Melt the butter in the microwave for about 15 seconds.
  • Mix into the bowl with the butter, two minced garlic cloves, oregano, basil, thyme, and a teaspoon of sea salt. Mix well to combine.
  • Place wax paper on a baking sheet. Distribute the breadsticks and brush them with the butter mixture using a brush.
  • Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top and freshly ground pepper.
  • Bake them at 180°C for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  • For the marinara sauce: Blanch the tomatoes, which means making a cross on the bottom and boiling them in water for 5 minutes. This way, you can easily remove the skin. Remove the pulp and chop them into cubes.
  • Blend the tomato with 1 cup of Clemente Jacques ® ketchup. Heat the mixture and season with oregano, salt, minced garlic, and pepper to taste.
  • Serve the breadsticks with marinara sauce.
