280 grams goat cheese
1/2 cups whole cream
pepper, to taste
5 tablespoons pesto
5 tablespoons sun-dried tomatoes, finely chopped
walnuts, for garnish
olive oil, for serving
cookies, for serving

Beat the goat cheese with the cream until fluffy.
Take a deep circular glass baking dish and line it with plastic wrap.
Place 1/3 of the goat cheese in the baking dish and press down firmly with a spoon to mold.
Place a layer of basil pesto over the cheese. Cover with another 1/3 of the goat cheese and press down with a spoon.
Place the layer of dried tomato and cover with the remaining goat cheese. Finish by pressing down with the spoon.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
