240 grams potato, cooked and peeled
12 tortillas
2 tomatoes
1 teaspoon garlic, chopped
2 teaspoons barley, finely chopped
2 teaspoons parsley, finely chopped
1/3 cups sour cream, low in fat
30 grams panela cheese, grated
salt
pepper

Mash the potatoes and season with salt and pepper.
Heat the tortillas, fill them with the potato, and roll the tacos; if necessary, use a toothpick to keep them closed.
Spray each taco with 2 shots of PAM® Original and bake for 15 minutes at 180°C or until golden.
