Golden Tacos with Ricotta and Carrot

  • 250 grams requesón
  • 6 carrots
  • salt, and pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • corn tortillas
  • vegetable oil, for frying

  • Grate the previously washed and peeled carrots.
  • Slice the onion into julienne strips and finely chop the garlic.
  • Heat a skillet and sauté the onion and garlic cloves.
  • Add the carrot and cook for a few minutes until it is cooked through.
  • Place the carrot in a bowl and mix with the ricotta cheese.
  • Then, using the mixture, start making the tacos and fry them in oil.
