1 can artichoke heart, large
3 eggs, hard
1 teaspoon onion, grated
1 teaspoon granulated chicken bouillon
2 teaspoons butter
1 teaspoon mustard
2 cups cow's milk
3 teaspoons flour
6 teaspoons Oaxaca cheese, grated cheese
pepper, to taste

Slice the artichoke hearts and eggs into thin slices.
Arrange them in individual oven-safe dishes (6 servings)
Melt the butter, add the onion, broth, mustard, and pepper.
Slowly add the flour while stirring constantly over low heat.
Add the previously heated milk and cook, stirring for ten minutes.
If you want a thicker sauce, add a tablespoon of flour mixed with four tablespoons of milk.
Spread the sauce to completely cover the artichoke hearts.
Cover with cheese and bake until golden.
