Grilled Club Sandwich

This is a great three-tier sandwich that is cut into quarters and presented in a cross shape or by aligning the portions to show an elongated sandwich. It is usually served with fries and is a classic to eat while traveling or in a café, which you can now make at home.

  • 8 slices Fud® smoked bacon
  • 1 chicken breast
  • vegetable oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • white bread, from a box
  • butter, melted
  • 4 slices Fud® Manchego cheese
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • mayonnaise
  • 6 slices FUD® turkey breast, 450 g
  • 4 slices red beefsteak tomato, firm
  • 1 cup Romaine lettuce
  • potato, French fries, for accompaniment
  • ketchup

  • Fry the FUD® smoked bacon in a skillet over medium heat. Set aside.
  • Butter a skillet (or griddle) and grill the bread for 3 minutes.
  • To assemble the sandwich, spread mayonnaise on the slices of bread, place the Manchego cheese, cheddar cheese, FUD® turkey breast 450 g, chicken breast, FUD® smoked bacon, tomato, and lettuce, place the bread, and repeat the process to build another layer. Secure with toothpicks and cut the sandwich into triangles.
  • Serve the sandwich with French fries and ketchup.
