This is a great three-tier sandwich that is cut into quarters and presented in a cross shape or by aligning the portions to show an elongated sandwich. It is usually served with fries and is a classic to eat while traveling or in a café, which you can now make at home.
Fry the FUD® smoked bacon in a skillet over medium heat. Set aside.
Butter a skillet (or griddle) and grill the bread for 3 minutes.
To assemble the sandwich, spread mayonnaise on the slices of bread, place the Manchego cheese, cheddar cheese, FUD® turkey breast 450 g, chicken breast, FUD® smoked bacon, tomato, and lettuce, place the bread, and repeat the process to build another layer. Secure with toothpicks and cut the sandwich into triangles.
Serve the sandwich with French fries and ketchup.
