This is a great three-tier sandwich that is cut into quarters and presented in the shape of a cross or by lining up the slices to show a long sandwich. It is usually accompanied with potatoes and is a classic to eat during a trip or in a cafeteria that you can now make at home.

Ingredients

1 portion
  • 8 slices Fud® smoked bacon
  • 1 chicken breast
  • enough vegetal oil
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • enough white bread, of box
  • enough butter, melted
  • 4 slices Fud® manchego cheese
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • enough mayonnaise
  • 6 slices FUD® turkey breast, 450 g
  • 4 slices red tomato, firm
  • 1 cup italian lettuce
  • enough potato, to hold
  • to taste ketchup

Preparation

Fry the FUD® Smoked Bacon in a skillet over medium heat. Reservation.
Season the chicken breast and with vegetable oil, grill the chicken for 10 minutes, cut into strips and reserve.
Varnish a pan (or griddle) with butter and grill the bread for 3 minutes.
To assemble the sandwich, spread the slices of bread with mayonnaise, place the Manchego cheese, the cheddar cheese, the 450 g FUD® turkey breast, the chicken breast, the FUD® smoked bacon, the tomato and the lettuce, place the pan and repeat the process to assemble another floor. Secure with toothpicks and cut the sandwich into triangles.
Serve with French fries and ketchup.

PRESENTATION

The sandwich is cut into 4 portions, in a triangular shape, which are held together with toothpicks.

TIPS

Place the ingredients so that they can hold well, without the sandwich falling apart.
