Take a few slices of your favorite vegetables such as zucchini, bell pepper, onion, carrot (season with: a little curry powder, garlic salt, and freshly ground pepper)
In a hot grill, add olive oil, and then the vegetable slices until they have golden grill marks.
Slice the ciabatta in half and spread a little mayonnaise, add the vegetables, and cover with the brie, place the top of the ciabatta back on and return it to the grill to brown the bread a little.
Cut diagonally and serve accompanied by arugula salad and cherry tomatoes with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, freshly ground pepper, and a little salt.
