  • Mix the ground beef with onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, and cornstarch with salt and pepper; add McCORMICK® mustard and incorporate. Chill for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  • On a non-stick plastic wrap, place three slices of bacon vertically, place the ground beef and use the plastic to form the sausages, making sure to press enough so that it doesn't fall apart. Place on a baking tray, cover with aluminum foil, and bake for 30 minutes at 200°C.
  • Take the baking tray out of the oven, uncover it, and bake again to brown the bacon for 15 minutes at 200°C. Remove from the oven. Place a banderilla skewer in each sausage and chill for 15 minutes.
  • For the batter, make a batter with pancake flour and beer until you achieve a thick consistency.
  • Coat the sausages with the mixture until covered. Fry in hot oil over low heat, constantly moving in a circular motion. Drain.
  • Serve garnished with McCORMICK® mustard. Accompany with French fries.
