Guacamole with Mango

A fresh and unique snack; if you are a mango lover, you will love this.

  • 4 avocados, ripe
  • 4 limes, seedless
  • 4 serrano chiles, kids
  • 2 tablespoons white onion, diced
  • 4 tablespoons fresh cilantro, diced
  • 1 mango, large, peeled, and diced

  • Sweat the diced onion in the juice of 2 limes.
  • Let it soak for at least 1 hour.
  • Once ready, discard the lime juice and set aside the onion.
  • Blend the chiles well with the juice of the remaining 2 limes and salt in a food processor or blender.
  • Add the avocado, one by one, and mix well until achieving a smooth creamy consistency.
  • Pour the mixture into a small bowl, add the sweated onion, cilantro, and half of the diced mango.
  • Stir well and place the rest of the mango on top of the guacamole and garnish with a sprig of cilantro. Serve immediately with corn tortilla chips.
