Ingredients

8 portions
  • 4 avocados, mature
  • 4 lemons, Seedless
  • 4 serrano peppers, Boys
  • 2 tablespoons white onion, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons fresh coriander, chopped
  • 1 mango, large, peeled and chopped

Preparation

Desflema the chopped onion inside the juice of 2 lemons.
Let soak for at least 1 hour.
Once ready, toss the lemon juice and reserve the onion.
Grind chiles well with the juice of the remaining 2 lemons and salt in a food processor or blender.
Add the avocado, one by one, and mix well until a smooth creamy consistency is achieved.
Pour the mixture into a small bowl, add the sliced ​​onion, cilantro and half of the chopped mango.
Stir well and place the rest of the mango on the guacamole and garnish with a sprig of cilantro. Serve immediately with corn tortilla chips.
