300 grams pork, pork neck
3 green onion, green onion
1/2 cabbages, white
1 clove garlic

12 wonton wrappers, wonton wrappers

Process the pork.
Mix in a bowl with chopped green onion and chopped white cabbage.
Add grated garlic and ginger.
Season with sesame oil and a little soy sauce and pepper.
Fill the wonton wrappers with the pork filling.
Seal like small turnovers.
Put oil in a pan and place the gyozas on one side to brown.
Add water halfway and cover.
Let them cook, uncover, and let them brown again.
Serve with dressing sauce.
