Gyozas

This recipe is a delicious gyoza dish to vary your meals and share with your partner or friend. It is perfect for sharing with 1 person, but you can also make it for your whole family.

  • 300 grams pork, pork neck
  • 3 green onion, green onion

  • Process the pork.
  • Mix in a bowl with chopped green onion and chopped white cabbage.
  • Add grated garlic and ginger.
  • Season with sesame oil and a little soy sauce and pepper.
  • Fill the wonton wrappers with the pork filling.
  • Seal like small turnovers.
  • Put oil in a pan and place the gyozas on one side to brown.
  • Add water halfway and cover.
  • Let them cook, uncover, and let them brown again.
  • Serve with dressing sauce.
